We realize that many of our clients find themselves facing foreclosure because of unexpected events. For example, loss of employment, medical problems, divorce, death in the family, relocation, etc. Often times the possibility of a foreclosure is fast approaching and families don't know what to do or where to begin. That is when working with experienced foreclosure prevention professionals is important. We chart out different solutions to foreclosure and execute the best one according to the present circumstances. We act as a bridge between the borrowers that are behind on their payments and their mortgage company. We work with organizations and individuals including: * Mortgage Companies (Loss Mitigation) * Attorneys for the Mortgage Companies * Atorneys (different specialties) * Local Community Organizations * Various other professionals OUR SERVICE Our service consists of providing solutions that meet the needs of the borrowers (families) and working with the Loss Mitigation Departments of various mortgage companies to prevent foreclosures. Most of our clients are facing one of the two scenarios described below: Scenario A: Borrowers that can financially afford to STAY in their house but need help in working with their mortgage company. Scenario B: Borrowers that CANNOT AFFORD TO STAY and need a plan to exit gracefully. Typically, an "as-is" sale of the house is done in order to transition them from their current property to their future home. In certain instances, the payoff of the loan is more then the house is worth. Fortunately, in most cases, there are solutions to both scenarios. We realize that there are many other scenarios and every situation is unique and needs individual attention. |
